What do I need to know about my water pump and tank? Model & Serial number: Is it submersible or above ground? Do you know what voltage? What horsepower? Does it have a control box besides your pressure switch? What pressure setting does your pressure switch have? (20-40 , 30-50, etc) Do you know where your well casing is? What is your water doing?
PumpTank: Manufacturer and model # Does it have a bladder or diaphram? If it does .. is there water coming out of the air stem on top?

| How do I know how big my furnace or boiler needs to be? You need to have a HEAT LOSS CALCULATION done!!! Draw out every floor and room of your dwelling ... you need this information: JOB NAME: JOB LOCATION: ROOM NAME: WHAT FLOOR IS IT ON: DISTANCE FROM GROUND LEVEL: (i.e.:6 feet below, 15 feet above) LENGTH X WIDTH X HEIGTH (feet and inches) "R" VALUES OF FLOORS, CEILINGS, & WALLS : R value is resistance of heat loss in a building. can be calculated out by JMB if we know - how thick - what material in wall & or inches of insulation and type) WINDOW TYPE (single or double pane? etc. ) DOOR TYPE (wood, metal, insulated, etc) CONSTRUCTION OF WALL CONSTRUCTION OF CEILING CONSTRUCTION OF FLOORS ( also,will there be carpet? tile? etc )
